FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about how we work, what we deliver, and how to start with us.

Which sectors does Al-Badyea United serve in Iraq?

We serve six sectors: oil & gas, construction, hospitality & catering, healthcare, domestic services, and industrial & logistics. Each sector has a dedicated landing page with clients, references, roles covered, and source countries.

Can you handle both foreign and local Iraqi workers?

Yes. We supply both foreign manpower (sourced from 11 countries including India, Pakistan, Philippines, Nepal and Bangladesh) and qualified Iraqi candidates from across the country. Many clients use a blend depending on the role, skill level, and budget.

How do you ensure compliance with Iraqi labor law?

Every placement is processed under our License №35 from the Iraqi Ministry of Labor. We handle Ministry-approved contracts in Arabic and English, work permits, residence visas, and social contribution filings. We do not place workers under informal arrangements.

What are your largest manpower projects to date?

7,000 workers placed for Kulak Construction (KBR sub-contractor) on petroleum projects, 4,000 work permits processed for Basra Gas Company, 4,000 construction workers for Basra Sport City, 1,200 for Basra University, and 600 catering staff for Ecolog (Germany).

How quickly can you mobilize a workforce?

For urgent projects, mobilization can begin within 3-4 weeks for visa processing on existing rosters, and 4-8 weeks for full sourcing and deployment from source countries.
