What services does Albadyea United provide?
End-to-end manpower services for Iraqi employers and foreign companies operating in Iraq: foreign worker recruitment, work permit processing, residence visa processing, employment contracts, and ongoing compliance with the Iraqi Ministry of Labor.
Do you handle work permits for foreign employees in Iraq?
Yes. We process Iraqi work permits end-to-end under License №35 from the Ministry of Labor. We have handled high-volume projects including 4,000 work permits for Basra Gas Company in 2025-2026.
Do you process residence visas?
Yes. We process Iraqi residence visas for foreign manpower placed by us, ensuring all documentation is filed correctly with the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Labor. This includes initial visas, renewals, and exit re-entry permits.
How does the recruitment process work?
We start with a job briefing from the client, then source candidates through our offices in 11 countries, conduct skill and document verification, sign contracts in the source country, process Iraqi work permits and visas, and finally deploy the workers to the Iraqi employer.
Can foreign companies use Albadyea as their sponsor in Iraq?
Yes. Foreign companies operating in Iraq, EPC contractors, oilfield operators, industrial firms, can use Albadyea United as their licensed sponsor for the workers they want to bring in. We handle all permit and visa documentation under our License №35.
What documents are required to start the process?
Client side: company registration documents, project information, list of required workers and roles. Worker side: passport, educational and professional certificates, medical fitness certificate, and police clearance from the source country. We provide a full checklist on request.
