How quickly does Albadyea respond to enquiries?
We respond to all serious enquiries within 24 hours, including weekends. Most quotes are returned within one business day. For urgent oilfield mobilisations, we have answered briefs the same day, our office in Basra handles inbound English, Arabic and French.
What information should I include in my first message?
Tell us the project location in Iraq, the headcount, the roles needed (or a job description), the planned start date, and the contract duration. If you have a salary range, share it. We send a tailored quote within 24 hours, including per-worker pricing for permits, visas, sourcing, vetting, contracts, and ongoing compliance.
Can foreign companies contact you directly?
Yes. Foreign EPC contractors, oilfield operators and industrial firms operating in Iraq can engage Albadyea United as their licensed sponsor (License №35). You do not need an Iraqi entity to bring foreign workers, we are the sponsor of record on the work permit and the residence visa.
In which languages can I write to you?
English, Arabic, and French. Our team in Basra is bilingual EN/AR for daily operations, with French support available for francophone West African source country partners and clients.
Where is your office and can I visit in person?
Our office is in Basra, Iraq: Minawi basha, Cairo Street, near the Minawi basha Hotel. We welcome in-person visits by appointment from Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 to 19:00 (Iraq time). Friday is a closed day in Iraq.
Do you sign NDAs before discussing client projects?
Yes. Confidentiality is a core part of our practice, we do not name clients publicly, and we sign mutual NDAs before sharing pricing, candidate profiles, or any project specifics. References are available privately on serious enquiries.
Is there a minimum project size?
No formal minimum, we have placed everything from a single house maid for a Basra family to 4,000-worker mobilisations for the Basra Gas Company. Per-worker fees are slightly more efficient at scale, but small briefs are processed with the same care.
